Subaru has revealed the new XV at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show, taking the company into the compact crossover segment for the first time. Volkswagen notified the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recently of an issue affecting the automatic transmission oil cooler in certain 2014 models.
